The interactive artwork “Orchestrated entities_ Chorus” invites choirs and individuals to transform their voices into light.

The artist was inspired by the 1930 Nobel Peace prize laureate Nathan Söderblom for his work on “unity and helping create a new attitude of mind which is necessary if peace between nations is to become reality”

With this artwork, the artist wants to celebrate the importance of encounters beyond universal boundaries. When using the artwork, the singing voice becomes a spark of light and hope playing over the iconic architecture of Storkyrkan. In the background, the music piece “Dona nobis pacem” (Latin for “Grant us peace”) meets the Earth-song by NASA, an out-of-this-world recording that captures an electromagnetic phenomenon called “chorus”.
