Have you ever thought about the technology behind the video calls that many of us take for granted today? FLUX is an immersive light installation by Ksawery Komputery that visualizes the invisible data streams connecting us all.
The installation delves into the principles that make digital communication possible, transforming complex technology into dynamic light patterns. It bridges the gap between the unseen digital world and our physical experience, inviting you to explore the journey each piece of digital communication takes – from one device to another.
Inspired by the groundbreaking work of Nobel Prize laureate Albert A. Michelson, who first measured the speed of light, FLUX reflects the astonishing path our data travels. Using high-speed cameras and interactive light patterns, the artwork lets you engage with the digital landscape in real-time.
